Karsof™ Secure Document Tracking (KSDT) has the capability to manage the movement of sensitive and protect physical documents. It enables secure tracking of these physical documents in organizations that value the integrity and confidentiality of documents. The system also ensures that any personnel trying to access the documents are identified in the biometrics. The uniqueness of the system is that it detects and identifies documents at a long range, has built-in PKI solution that integrates with document and personnel to create a certificate. The system is linked with multiple secure protocols for authenticating a person or a document.
The system can also integrate the document with copying machines such as scanning, photocopy machines, and fax machines. Any attempt to tamper with the documents will be nullified by the system. Its innovative features include the combination for security protocols with multiple sources for authentication, PKI identification using RFID tags featuring the lowest storage space of only 16 bytes. The encryption technique includes the use of a unique certificate of the highest security and produces much smaller encryption size that enables a faster processing time.
